退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

 

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return goods for any reason within 14 days without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
